OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Tianmall® Home Appliance. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tianmall® Home Appliance. Tianmall® Home Appliance offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

B. Who this Home Appliance Warranty extends to

This limited Home Appliance Warranty extends to the original purchaser of any Home Appliance who is located in the United States (not including US territories). Customers who purchased their Home Appliance through Tianmall’s trade program and use those Home Appliance for commercial purposes (for example, in a hotel or store) are “Trade Customers.”

All Tianmall warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the Home Appliance is owned by the original purchaser of the Home Appliance. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this Home Appliance Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Home Appliance from Tianmall or a Tianmall authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. All Tianmall limited warranties are not transferable.

C. Tianmall's limited Home Appliance Warranty and responsibilities

Tianmall warrants the Home Appliance in its original packaging sold to you against the defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”) for a period of 3 months from the time your Home Appliance is purchased by you, when the Home Appliance is used normally for its intended purposes in the home that is structurally capable of supporting user.

Not with standing the foregoing, with respect to Trade Customers only, the limited warranty period shall be 3 months.

D. What’s Not Covered by The Warranty

🔧 I. Human Damage & Improper Use

Unauthorized modifications: Damage caused by self-disassembly, modification, or use of non-original parts (e.g., replacing refrigerator compressors without authorization).
Operational errors:

Overloading appliances (e.g., washing machines exceeding weight limits leading to motor burnout).
Improper maintenance (e.g., failure to clean air conditioner filters causing overheating).

Physical damage: Scratches, dents, or liquid ingress due to collisions or spills.

📜 II. Documentation & Validity Issues

Invalid proof: Lack of valid purchase invoices, warranty cards, or mismatched product serial numbers.
Expired warranty:

Beyond the stated warranty period (e.g., refrigerators exceeding 3–10 years based on brand policy).
Consumables (e.g., water filters, sealing rings) with shorter coverage periods (typically 1 year).

🌪️ III. External Factors & Force Majeure

Natural disasters: Damage from floods, earthquakes, lightning, or fires.
Environmental hazards:

Voltage fluctuations, corrosive gases, or extreme humidity.
Non-household use (e.g., commercial kitchens or outdoor exposure).

⚖️ IV. Non-Quality-Related Exclusions

Cosmetic defects: Surface scratches, discoloration, or rust not affecting functionality.
Subjective complaints: Noise levels within national standards or performance differences due to usage habits.
Third-party services: Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or installations (e.g., non-certified technicians)

E. Your responsibilities

In the event of a Defect and in order to get the benefit of this limited Home Appliance Warranty, you must return your Home Appliance to Tianmall and provide Tianmall with proof of the original date of purchase. Should shipping costs be required to return your Home Appliance, you will not be responsible for those costs. To view our Shipping Policy.

Evidence of a Defect and any claims must be sent to the address set forth at the end of this limited Home Appliance Warranty.

Replaced or repaired Home Appliance are subject to the same limited Home Appliance Warranty as the original Home Appliance. If you obtain a replaced or repaired Home Appliance, the warranty term of the replaced or repaired Home Appliance begins from the date of purchase of the original Home Appliance.

F. Disclaimer, limitation on liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE HOME APPLIANCE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND THIS WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AND REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SOME STATES OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED HOME APPLIANCE WARRANTY, IN NO EVENT WILL TIANMALL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE HOME APPLIANCE OR ITS USE BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER UNDER THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), INDEMNITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF TIANMALL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.TIANMALL’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE TIANMALL GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
