Pre Sale Questions

To initiate the cancellation of your order, please contact us here. Please note our order process quickly! Once your order has been shipped, then it cannot be cancelled or changed. Upon receipt of your Cancellation Request, our Customer Service team will look up the status of your order and let you know via email. If the order does not qualify for a cancellation, the return label will apply per our Return Policy.

Track it here. Once you have placed your order, our products typically ship within 1-2 business days. Then you will receive a UPS or FedEx tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return within 30 days. We offer a full refund or product exchange. Please refer to our return policy page or contact customer support for more details.
Simply select the "30-day free trial" option when purchasing. If you're not satisfied, you can return the product within the trial period for a full refund. Please keep the product in good condition and retain the packaging for returns.
